This venue is a private discreet flat equipped with different chairs & a large 3/4 seater sofa. 100% domestic setting.

The private venue that I have access to is very close to Watford Junction Station.  The location is very easy to get to by car or train with easy links in and out of London and across country. Via fast train it takes 15 mins straight from London Euston to Watford Junction. Walking from Watford Junction Station to the meeting point will be approx 12 minutes. The venue is very close to M1/M25. There is plenty of standard off street parking during the day and a car park a few minutes walk away also for evening visits.
